TRIO Phila events supporting the Gift of Life Donor Program

TRIO Philadelphia is in close partnership with our local organ procurement organization (OPO), Philadelphia based Gift of Life Donor Program.  We . . .

• provide community speakers to their speaker's bureau,

• add patient support and testimony at Gift of Life professional event,

• offer financial support both to the Gift of Life program and the Family House,

• participate as athletes with Team Philly for bi-annual US Transplant Games,

• volunteer in support of their Transplant Family House both with our cooking for heroes and as individual support roles,

• support their annual DASH for donor awareness with a TRIO table and runners,

• co-sponsor Transplant Family House educational webinars

• provide skill workshops for Family House residents

• provide meals for the Gift of Life Family House 'Home Cook Heroes' program
  (ie., donated 12 monthly meals for 2021 joining their 'honor role' of meals supporters)
